My vision for this health & fitness business has always been and always will be to help people with not only their physical health but also their mental health, with the aim to deliver a holistic approach to health, fitness, and wellbeing.
I myself live with Bipolar disorder, which I experience daily.
This gives me a great understanding of what it takes to live with a mental health disorder, and also what it takes in terms of motivating people to exercise and help with their health & fitness goals.
One of my many tools for helping me live with my mental health disorder is fitness. I have always felt great after a workout and it’s really helped me balance my moods.
This in turn has made me very passionate about helping others achieve the same level of happiness from a workout; whether it be a run, a weight lifting session, or a yoga & mindfulness session.
Achieving such results can then have a very positive impact on the other areas of your life.
