For so long over the festive period you lose that control and fall into the trap - but let's face it, avoiding the trap is extremely hard to do!
But now all of a sudden you can start living healthier... which is an amazing luxury you are lucky to have.
I believe the most daunting thing about making healthier decisions in January is that little three letter word that has a massive impact - the GYM.
Gyms can be really scary places, especially if it's totally new to you or it's something you've tried before and just didn't like.
So why not remember that YOU DON'T HAVE TO JOIN THE GYM.
