MAMTA ADHIKARI
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
I have been practicing yoga for almost 15 years.
I have done a Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from International Foundation for Natural Health and Yoga and a Yoga teachers training course from Patanjali Yogpeeth.
In my yoga classes, I focus on correct posture and technique.
Mamta is a very warm & friendly instructor with years of great experience in yoga.
Her style is a mixture of Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

SOFT TISSUE MASSAGE THERAPIST

I been a Sports Massage Therapist for over 3 years and I love my job.
I moved from Scotland 5 years ago and find doing this job allows me work around family life.
I love working with everyday people, as everyone suffers from aches and pains and injuries or postural issues in some form.
I am also qualified In pregnancy massage which I feel privileged and trusted when doing these sessions.
Sports Massage is amazing to help all these issues through massage, techniques and exercises that you can do during your working , daily life.

Jane can work with pretty much any injury. She's very friendly and has some great knowledge of massage and injury rehab.
